Consumers affected by the closure of Bella Modular and NXT Builds should take the following steps immediately.
Lodge a complaint with Consumer Protection
Lodge a complaint with Consumer Protection if you have:
- lost money
- paid for goods or services that have not been supplied.
Your complaint will help us:
- assess the scale of consumer losses
- identify potential breaches of the Australian Consumer Law
- support any future compliance, enforcement or prosecution action where appropriate.
Consumer Protection will take appropriate action for any breaches identified.
Relevant matters will be referred to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
Make a complaint
Follow the steps on How to make a consumer complaint
Register as a creditor
