Kickstart 2025 by getting your CPD points early
Compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training is still required for the real estate industry.
Completing the CPD training for a current real estate licence or registration early in the year of compliance is crucial to stay up to date, adapt to changes, maintain professional standards and gain a competitive edge in the market.
Three CPD points from mandatory activities and seven points from elective activities must be obtained by 31 December 2025.
You can complete the mandatory CPD training in the Perth metropolitan area either face to face or online from one of the four approved training providers. Contact them directly to book your course.
Face to face mandatory training sessions will also be available in selected regional locations. For regional face to face attendance, please contact Aspire Performance Training.
The Consumer Protection website has further information about the CPD program including elective training providers, costs, requirements, timeframes and more.
If you have any specific queries relating to your CPD obligations, please contact Consumer Protection by sending an email to cpd@demirs.wa.gov.au or by calling 1300 30 40 54.
