Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) registered charities use this form to notify Consumer Protection of their intention to collect money or goods for charitable purposes in Western Australia and be taken to hold a licence under the Charitable Collections Act 1946 (the Act).
Do not use this form if your organisation is not registered with the ACNC or already has a charitable collection licence and does not want to switch to a deemed licence holder.
