As a Primary User, in addition to being able to transact on behalf of the incorporated association, you are also responsible for managing the existing users linked to the association. Primary Users of an association can:

  • Approve or cancel new requests from users to link to the association
  • Retire (unlink) users from the association or change their user role
  • Reset user's password
  • Invite other authorised representatives to association
