Conduct rules set clear standards for behaviour in retirement villages.
The rules help people working and living in the village treat each other with respect.
You and your guests must:
- treat others with respect
- respect other people’s right to peace, comfort and privacy.
- not harass, bully or disrupt others in the village
- not behave in a way that puts others at risk of harm
- follow village laws and rules covered in the Act, contract, rules and by-laws
- make sure your guests and visitors follow the village rules while they are at the village.
